teaches wonderful relaxation and self-discovery tools that help quiet your
mind, release emotional and physical stress, and nurture your spirit. We will
also work on building strength, flexibility, concentration and balance. No
flexibility or experience necessary!

Being
a teen is a very special time. Not only is this a busy and stressful time,
but also quite exciting with all of the changes and new responsibilities taking
place. It is also a time to learn more about who you are, what your interests
are, and how to share them with authenticity. This class will work on building
strength, confidence, focus and a healthy lifestyle. Come relax, learn something
new and feel good about yourself in this unique class designed just for you.

us for an evening of comfort and creativity as we explore gentle yoga and the
relaxing craft of knitting. We'll start the evening with a knitting circle and
"unwind" our knitting hands with a relaxing yoga practice. Grab your
friends and meet new ones as we explore the inspiring and relaxing world of
knitting and yoga!
